Safety & Packaging Guidelines

Anti-Static/Padding: Please use bubble wrap or foam. Avoid using only thin envelopes.
Box Choice: Use a sturdy cardboard box to prevent impact damage during transit.
Insurance: We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance for high-value items.

What happens after I submit?

Verification: Our team reviews your request within 24 hours.
Arrival: Once we receive your item, we will update your ticket status to “Item Received.”
Diagnosis: A technician will inspect the device (usually takes 2–3 working days).
Repair/Claim: We proceed with the service or warranty claim and notify you upon completion.

Required Documents (Warranty)

A printed copy of your Invoice or Receipt inside the package.
Without proof of purchase, warranty claims cannot be processed.

Terms & Warranty Coverage

Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects only. Does not cover water damage, physical impact, or unauthorized modifications.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our center. We cover return shipping for valid warranty claims.
Unclaimed Items: Items left over 60 days after service completion may incur storage fees or destroyed.
